Located in the heart of the Shipyards District on Vancouver’s North Shore, The Polygon Gallery is a stunning event venue with city skyline views and a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
Minutes from downtown Vancouver, our unparalleled space can accommodate groups up to 180 for seated dinners, and can welcome up to 600 guests throughout the building for stand-up receptions. Additionally, based on availably, we are able to expand outside the gallery and accommodate groups up to 2,000+ people.
The Polygon Gallery is ideal for weddings, corporate meetings, gala events, professional filming, and photoshoots.

Please note that our venue rental policy inhibits the use of our event space for publicly ticketed events, art exhibitions or art auctions. As a non-profit, public gallery, venue rental revenues directly fund the Gallery’s ground-breaking exhibitions and programs.
The Polygon Gallery offers micro event packages with hourly rental options for short term rentals, available to book 6 weeks ahead of the event date. The Polygon’s micro event packages provide exclusive access to the Seaspan Pavilion on the upper floor of the gallery for up to 50 people only. Prices based on duration of event and day of week. Please inquire for pricing.

All bar service is exclusively provided by our bar management partner Lavish Liquid. The Gallery holds the Liquor Primary License for all events, and as such, there is no outside alcohol (including donated product or home-brew) permitted. Please note there is a minimum spend on liquor sales for Fridays, Saturdays and Holiday Sundays of $3,500.
