Third Realm Filmmaking Showcase

Related exhibition: Third Realm

Join us Sunday, December 13 for a showcase of work created during our free filmmaking workshop that was co-presented with The Cinematheque. This three-day workshop introduced participants to the basics of digital movie making. Using the most ubiquitous digital technology—a smartphone—each participant made their own original short film exploring questions raised by the Third Realm exhibition. The resulting films consider how digital media can express our experience of this unique time and how online technologies shape our lives, politics, and interactions with each other.

The short films will be playing continuously during the Gallery’s operating hours. No RSVP required.  All visitors must wear a mask and respect physical-distancing guidelines.
