Join us for a collage party led by Maya Beaudry, a contemporary textile artist based in Vancouver. This instalment is inspired by Tau Lewis: Coloratura.

About Maya Beaudry
Maya Beaudry (b. 1988, Vancouver, BC) received a BFA from Emily Carr University of Art and Design and an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts. She was the recipient of the Hnatyshyn Foundation William and Meredith Saunderson Prize for Emerging Artists, the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts/CD Howe Award, and has participated in residencies at Triangle France in Marseille and September Spring at the Kesey Farm. Her work has been included in group exhibitions at the Nanaimo Art Gallery, the Vancouver Art Gallery, Pangée (Montreal) and the Or Gallery. Solo exhibitions include Tree Museum at Towards Gallery in Toronto, The Pergola at Contemporary Calgary, Molding Between at Ashley Berlin and Beaudry was featured in the two-person exhibition Everything Leaks at The Polygon Gallery in 2020.
