Sip and Spend Nights… an after-hours VIP Shopping Event

At this special holiday hangout, each guest will receive a gift card to spend in The Polygon Shop or Bookstore while enjoying festive music, a signature holiday cocktail, canapes by Truffles Fine Foods and a wine bar featuring select BC wines. The Polygon’s retail concierge will be onsite to help guests find that perfect gift for family or friends…or for themselves! Ideal for groups of 25 – 50 people, The Polygon’s large main floor lobby with floor-to-ceiling glass windows provides ample amount of festive space to thank all your employees this holiday season in a safe and responsible way. Event duration is 2 hours, with a 25-person minimum; pricing depends on the denomination of the gift card. Please contact us for a quote!

Micro Holiday Party

With stunning views spanning the Burrard Inlet and downtown Vancouver, The Polygon’s new micro event packages provide exclusive access to the spectacular Seaspan Pavilion and its covered private balcony on the upper floor of the gallery. This beautiful room provides an exceptional amount of space to host a memorable corporate dinner or stand up reception. Hourly rental options provide affordable and flexible programs for gatherings up to 50 people. The Gallery is well versed in executing events under the strict guidelines of the Provincial Health Officer’s order on Gatherings & Events.

Gift Cards

Gift cards of any denomination from The Polygon Shop & Bookstore may be custom wrapped, emailed, or paired with a gift from the holiday store. The Polygon Shop offers a carefully selected range of design-focused homeware, jewelry, books, prints, apparel, and holiday gifts by individual makers local to Vancouver and the North Shore. Gift cards can also be used remotely on The Polygon’s newly launched online store!

Curated Gift Boxes

Let The Polygon’s retail concierge create a custom gift box, with local favourites from the Shop’s large collection of homeware, jewelry, books, candles, apparel, and gifts. You determine the budget and The Polygon will suggest personalized items to show your appreciation of each member of your team. Each box includes a “Member for a Day” pass and is beautifully custom wrapped. Gift boxes usually range from $50-$250 each.
