The Polygon Gallery welcomes school and university groups, and are pleased to offer guided tours by donation. To book a tour, email email@example.com, or phone 604-986-1351. The Polygon recommends a donation of $50.00 per group.
Private Guided Tours
The Polygon is delighted to offer one-hour, private tours for up to 30 people, in which a Gallery curator will offer insights into the exhibition on display, the building, and the artworks.
During business hours: $150.00
Outside of business hours, with exclusive access to the exhibition: $350.00 *
*Available Tuesday to Sunday 9:00am–10:00am and Mondays 9:00am-5:00pm.

The Polygon volunteers have the opportunity to gain exposure to the workings of a nonprofit art gallery and contribute valuable visitor services to a vital community institution. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Qualified candidates should possess a love and appreciation of art, a flexible attitude for dealing effectively with the public, proficiency with computers, and an understanding that reliability is critical. Read Submissions Policy
The Polygon Gallery does not program exhibitions through submission. However, it welcomes artists and curators who wish to update The Polygon about their work. You may send documentation of your practice, and The Polygon will endeavour to reply promptly.
Please be advised, The Polygon cannot take responsibility for the return of submitted material unless accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope. Do not send original artwork, and if sending documentation on CD, please include examples in hard copy format.
Please include the following:
An up-to-date curriculum vitae
A short statement about your work
Detailed documentation about each piece
If you are sending slides, please label all slides with your name and the title of the work. Place a mark on the slide mount indicating the bottom left-hand corner of the image, to aid in correctly orienting the slides for viewing.
Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Please note that proposals with neither sufficient return postage, nor arrangements for pick-up, will not be returned.
If you are sending material from outside of Canada, please note that the postage must be Canadian. Alternatives are international postage coupons, or money orders. You may consider sending your material electronically instead.
