Submissions Policy

The Polygon Gallery does not program exhibitions through submission. However, it welcomes artists and curators who wish to update The Polygon about their work. 

Please be advised, The Polygon cannot take responsibility for the return of submitted material unless accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope. Do not send original artwork, and if sending documentation on CD, please include examples in hard copy format.

Please include the following:

• An up-to-date curriculum vitae

• A short statement about your work

• Detailed documentation about each piece

Return Postage

Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Please note that proposals with neither sufficient return postage, nor arrangements for pick-up, will not be returned.

If you are sending material from outside of Canada, please note that the postage must be Canadian. Alternatives are international postage coupons, or money orders. You may consider sending your material electronically instead.
