The City of North Vancouver Mayor’s Gala is The Polygon Gallery’s signature annual gala. Since 2019, this hugely successful event has brought together local business, government, and community sectors to gather on the beautiful North Shore waterfront—celebrating all that we have accomplished in the Shipyards, while raising money to support The Polygon Gallery’s children, family, and education programs.
Approximately 300 guests begin the evening at a champagne reception in The Polygon’s Seaspan Pavilion, enjoying gorgeous panoramas of the Burrard Inlet and Vancouver’s city skyline. The formal part of the evening then unfolds in the Freybe Family Gallery—The Polygon’s largest exhibition space that is converted into an event space only once a year for this occasion. Highlights of the evening include a live auction, energetic live music, a multi-course dinner featuring the freshest of Vancouver’s delectable offerings, and a must-stay after party and lounge.
