From Slander's Brand Opening Celebration

Join us on Thursday, November 9 for the From Slander's Brand Opening Celebration.

From Slander's Brand is on view at The Polygon November 10 – February 4.

About From Slander's Brand
The three-person exhibition features three artworks that are durational, monumental, and archival in nature. Each of these works is the culmination of years of artistic labour created in response to epochal historical occurrences. Individually, and in the dialogue between their works, Hannah Darabi, Rachel Khedoori and Ron Terada ask how art—through archival acts that parallel reportage—might act as witness, interlocutor, and critical reflector on pivotal moments of historical transformation and trauma. At heart is the question of how artworks give form to events that defy description.
