Kids Ravioli Cooking Class With Chef Louis Gervais
This culinary adventure at The Polygon Gallery will surely be a day to remember! Gather your family around the table to make a delicious ravioli dinner,* with instruction from Chef Louis Gervais of Louis Gervais Fine Foods & Catering. Each class is 60 minutes long and takes place in The Polygon’s stunning 2,300 square foot Seaspan Pavilion with plenty of space, and views over the Burrard Inlet. With strict COVID-19 protocols in place, attendance is limited to six stations per session, so be sure to book your class today! All the ingredients and utensils required to make a ravioli dinner for four people are included with each registration, as is family admission to enjoy Feast for the Eyes: A History of Food in Photography while onsite.
*this is a prep class and families will take their ravioli home to cook and eat it. There is enough food for a family of four.
