This culinary adventure at The Polygon Gallery will surely be a day to remember! Gather your family around the table to make a delicious hand-rolled ricotta gnocchi dinner,* with instruction from Chef Jason Harper of Cocktails & Canapes Catering. Each class is 90 minutes long and takes place in The Polygon’s stunning 2,300 square foot Seaspan Pavilion with plenty of space, and views over the Burrard Inlet. With strict COVID-19 protocols in place, attendance is limited to six stations per session, so be sure to book your class today!
